The Pearl

Talisman performed the restoration of the historic Helena Apartments which were purchased by the Spokane Housing Authority and renamed “The Pearl.” Work commenced work in the fall of 2009 and performed extensive cleaning, paint removal, repointing, brick repair and replacement, reconstruction and the application of anti-graffiti coatings to the lower levels of the structure. The work was performed in conjunction with the renovation of the facility and required close coordination with the general contractor and other trades to complete the restoration in a timely and safe manner.
