Middle of winter – Christmas holiday – difficult schedule, delicate infrastructure and one structurally deficient pedestrian overpass in need of demolition over Stadium Way on the campus of Washington State University – No Problem!
In late December of 2012, Talisman was tasked with the demolition of the Nevada Street Pedestrian Overpass at Washington State University and completed the work in less than ten days including restoration of the site. Talisman completely removed the walkway, beams and support columns after removal of the traffic lights and protection of the existing roadway. The project was completed safely, on time and in budget.
