In the spring of 2007, Kohl’s department stores moved into the Spokane market with the purchase and renovation of the vacant Mervyns’ space at Northtown Mall.
Talisman completely “gutted” the existing two story 80,000 square foot space in less than two months including removal of the escalator systems, structural modifications and demolition of portions of the exterior façade.
Talisman utilized a combination of mechanical demolition methods including Hitachi excavators, skid steer loaders, mini-excavators and Brokk robots to meet the project schedule.
