Bell Hotel

The Bell Hotel is located in rural Eastern Washington in the town of Ephrata. The structure is owned by the Grant County Housing Authority which operates the facility as low income housing. In the summer of 2012 Talisman performed limited restoration work to both masonry and concrete elements of the building. The overall project scope included repairs to the concrete steps, sealant installation and the removal/replacement of damaged masonry units at selected locations. While not a large project, the Bell Hotel serves as an example of the quality of work performed and the distance our personnel travel to complete restoration work.
